ACCLIMATIZING THE CITY WEATHER

Paris has successfully carved a very special place in my heart. It has only been a month and I already miss the sweet smell of freshly baked pastries, the eclectic bunch of people roaming around the streets, the huge designer stores in Champ Élysées, the erratic metro performers, the wine and different food pairings session every night, and the long-sit-back-hours in the park before dusk. It was so much fun even though the weather became unpredictable – giving hot late mornings, chilly afternoons, and even drizzle nights. So what better way to beat the heat and brave the cold than to simply dress the part!

It became a little hotter than expected… Good thing I was ready for ya, Mr. Sun and Heat!

Flat shoes for long hours of walk?! Who would even thought right?! Well I did! And I didn’t make the wrong choice!
